Updates:
Shipping Policy May Change Without Notice At Anytime. We do try to notify any customers that are directly affected and will try to keep any policy active or offered to customer; vaild throughout their transaction.
Returns:
If you need to return a product to Magickal Ingredients you must contact us
within 30 days of receipt by emailing
Returns@MagickalIngredients.com or by calling us at 1-626-388-0703. You must
have the original invoice number to reference. Magickal Ingredients will only
accept items for return that are approved. Returns may be subject to a 10%
restocking fee if product is not in original packaging and/or incomplete. Due to
the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all
shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without
prior approval. If any product is purchased under false information due to typos or inaccurate information, please contact us for a return and refund if necessary.
Damages:
If you are missing merchandise from you order, or have received damaged items,
put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue
resolved in a timely manner. Magickal Ingredients will upon your request replace
any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a
picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior
approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility
of Magickal Ingredients.
Back Order Policy:
When an item is backordered here at Magickal Ingredients our typical
course of action is to ship it as soon as it comes in. Shipping will not apply to back ordered items that were marked in-stock at time of purchase; yet, Items also may be cancelled and set to be refunded by store owner if item(s) may be out of stock for a prologed period of time or shipping of item is above product value. A purchase made with acknowledgement of items out of stock may be charged a seprate shipping fee, with approval of customer. If customer does not approve of shipping charges, item may be cancelled on order and set to be refunded or put on store credit.
Refunds:
A refund of any type of transaction (credit card, check, paypal, money order, cash, etc...) will be refunded through payment of money order or by Paypal if information is available and approved for such transaction. There will by no other options for refund transactions at this time.
Shipping Options:
Delivery times may vary.
Orders purchased on Tuesdays and Thursdays may not be available for immediate shippment as staff may not be available. This may result in next day shippment to USPS.
We currently use USPS only as our shipping option; as the UPS rates and dates transfer inaccurate. We will be trying to correct this with the UPS website.
Shipping Prices:
Our shipping price is based on total weight of products and priority of shippment which is calculated by our shipping provider "USPS".
